Paradise, Cyprus is let as an entire house with staff, for a minimum period of one week, but at  times to suit your specific requirements .   The heated pool is realistically usable between April - October - this is probably "summer weather" in Cyprus.  The accommodation, as described in "Interior" consists of four double ensuite bedrooms - so a maximum party number of eight persons.  The house is not suitable for children under the age of four years.

The "staffed" house rate is £ 4,000 per week - converting to a rate of £ 70 per person per night, when used at an occupancy of eight people. 

 

The "unstaffed" house rate is £ 3,600 per week - converting to a rate of £ 65 per person per night, when used at an occupancy of eight people. 

 

A 10% deposit is required on booking, with the balance being paid 28 days before occupation.  There is a Friends and Family discount for friends and family and returning guests!!!

Please be aware that the house is no smoking internally, but you can enjoy a cigarette anywhere outside on one of the many terraces.

Please also be aware that the house has three super chilled dogs, and one cat.  During the summer months the dogs live outside the house, but we would suggest that the house would be suitable for dog friendly groups.

COVID 19.  Please be reassured that the house is actually owned by a practicing dentist, and therefore will be fully cleaned in line with best practice Covid policies before your arrival.
